After the Great Recession, the nature of the commercial cleaning industry changed and so did the company’s focus. In 2014, Mike brought in Jake Sluis, an industry expert in hard surface flooring restoration and maintenance. He brought many new services to the table and the company’s focus changed into a new niche market of restoration and maintenance. Whether it be Terrazzo, Marble, Epoxy and Polished Concrete, Jake had a restorative solution.
In the last few years, Midwest Floor Restore has expanded its reach and capabilities, now offering a new line called Ceiling Pro. This line focuses on Ceiling Tile cleaning. Additionally, they have significantly expanded their presence in the Midwest, now servicing Ohio and Kentucky, in addition to their home base of Indiana.
